SYFY is bringing two brand new horror films to the small screen for Halloween.
First up is the supernatural thriller, Neverknock, which premieres October 15, part of SYFY's "31 Days of Halloween" schedule.
In a seriously scary set-up, Halloween fun turns to horror when six young friends ignore the warnings of a local urban legend and unintentionally unleash a gruesome creature known as the Never Knock, which uses their worst fears to stalk and kill them one by one.
The Neverknock cast includes Dominique Provost (Wynonna Earp), Saturn-nominee Jodelle Ferland (Dark Matter, The Cabin in the Woods, Tideland, Silent Hill), award-winning Canadian actor Nicholas Campbell (Heartland, Shoot the Messenger, Less Than Kind), Kiana Madeira (The Night Before Halloween), Varun Saranga (Wynonna Earp) and Lola Flannery (The Mist, Mary Kills People).
Following hot on the heels of Neverknock, is Stickman. It premieres October 21 and stars Hayley Law (Riverdale, Altered Carbon) as Emma, a young woman wrongly accused of murder.
After years of isolation, Emma finally has her childhood demons under control and is released to live her life again... but the Stickman has other plans for Emma.
Stickman also stars Sara Garcia (Reign, X-Company), Zoe de Grand Maison (A Christmas Horror Story, Orphan Black), Erik Knudsen (Killjoys, The Mist, Continuum), Alanna Bale (Cardinal, Good Witch, Prime Radicals), Anthony Lemke (Dark Matter).
Both films are directed by Sheldon Wilson.
Executive producer of Neverknock and Stickman is Christine O’Shea Daly (Caught, The Night Before Halloween). Producers are Lance Samuels (The Indian Detective, Madiba, The Book of Negroes), Daniel Iron (The Indian Detective, Madiba, The Book of Negroes) and Mary Anne Waterhouse (Kodachrome, Arc, The Night before Halloween, The Steps).
