Siena Agudong (Sidelined: The QB and Me and its sequel), Brec Bassinger (Final Destination: Bloodlines) and Aliyah’s Interlude (English Teacher) are set to star in Tubi‘s forthcoming YA horror-comedy feature Buzzkill, The Hollywood Reporter has exclusively learned. Director Jem Garrard’s project is currently in production.
Buzzkill centers on a group of sorority sisters who end up trapped with a murderer. Nora’s (Agudong) tipsy memories hold the clues to figuring out who is killing their friends, but she can only remember them when she’s drunk.
Garrard (R.L. Stine’s Pumpkinhead) helmed the movie from a script by Suzanne Keilly (Slumber Party Massacre). Hailing from Blue Ice Pictures, the film counts Agudong, Garrard, Keilly and Lance Samuels as executive producers.
